·         Corporate Schedule Manager responsible for developing, updating, and reporting for all project schedules.  Used Primavera 6 rel. 7 software.

·         Projects varied from offices, warehouses, roads, dormitories, medical centers, airports runways, office buildings, highway overpass, sewer & storm drain replacement, etc.

·         Worked with Estimating and Design Management departments to develop proposal schedules and schedule narratives for proposal submittals.

·         Created schedule fragnets for contract modifications, to show their impact, and to receive time extensions for the project.

·         Baselined all project schedules to track actual vs. baseline.

·         Responsible for creating the EPS and OBS structure and assigning user privileges for projects.

·         Cost loaded project schedules and produced monthly project billings for all Army Corps of Engineers and Navy Projects.

·         Baselined all project schedules to track actual vs. baseline.  If baseline and schedule performance index, (SPI) deviated too much, conducted a recover plan meeting to address issues.

·         Developed corporate scheduling policy and procedures.

·         Responsible for scheduling department budget.

·         Developed corporate schedule training material, (10 levels and 500 pages), to teach and train all project managers and superintendents how to develop, status, and produce reports for their projects. 

 

*              Program Scheduler (January 2002 – March 2007)

              Several Large DoD projects (3+B each)

·         Lead planner on new bomber acquisition, 2 new satellite acquisitions, ballistic missile retrofit, and satellite ground stations maintenance and new construction.  Used both MS Project and Primavera scheduling software.

·         Integration of projects, (cost, resources, and risks) into the master schedules

·         Transitioned a large satellite master schedule from MS Project to Primavera 5e.

·         Conducted project Integrated Baseline Reviews to baseline program master schedules.

·         Conducted project schedule review boards to resolve any proposed changes to the baseline program milestones.

·         Presented project status briefings for project management boards and project management reviews. 

·         Developed innovative work breakdown structure and Network Diagram charts which are color coded for each work group’s activities. 

·         Worked on a team to develop custom automation for MS Project, (i.e., dynamically linked milestone charts, risk burn down charts, etc. with MS Project).

·         Developed easy-to-read products to de-conflict maintenance activities at satellite ground stations vs. scheduled launches for weekly delivery to Air Force Satellite Control Network community.

·         Tool Install Scheduler for the FAB23E ramp using Primavera 3. 

·         Responsible for building and maintaining progress against schedule graphs and reports in a MS Access database which imported data from the Primavera base build schedule.

·         Responsible for closing out the tool install contracts and purchase orders. 

·         Close Out Manager for the projects punch list, O&M’s, warranties, and as built drawings.

 

*              Project Manager (March 1999 – April 2000)

·         Responsible for the project design reviews, bid openings, contract awards.

·         Responsible for contract administration which included the project budget, monthly invoices and billing.  Reviewed and signed all trade invoices, expense reports, and time cards.

 

*              Assistant Project Manager / Scheduler (September 1998– March 1999)

·         Responsible for the project budget, RFI log, submittal log, drawings, bid packages, LOA’s, and the projects punch list. 

·         Responsibilities also included developing and maintaining the master schedules in MS Project.  Developed an actual vs. planned schedule for the mechanical claim on Primavera, and was involved in settling the claim.

 

*              Scheduler / Assistant MEP Coordinator (November 1997 – September 1998)

              ADPMARSHALL

·         Developed the master schedule for the project in Primavera, and developed and maintained the projects micro schedule in MS Project

·         Assistant Superintendent for coordinating instrumentation & controls, fire alarm, and security systems. 

·         Responsible for all the Fire Stop systems on the project. 

·         Construction supervisor for the Gowning Room build out.

·         Responsible for the punch list and close out of the project.
